These terms apply to every order placed on ecitweb.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was displayed incorrectly; you will be told by email or phone and any payment refunded in full.
Custom orders
By uploading artwork for a custom strap you confirm you have the right to use it. We will not print content that is offensive, infringes someone else’s rights or is otherwise unlawful, and will refund any such order.
Delivery, returns and privacy
Delivery times and charges are set out on the Shipping & Delivery page, returns on the Returns & Exchanges page, and how we handle your information in the Privacy Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Product use
Phone grip straps reduce the chance of dropping a phone but cannot prevent every drop. ECITWEB is not responsible for damage to a phone or case while using a strap.
